The process around phase 2 church build has been slow and quite difficult. There have been some delays caused by requirements for fire safety. There are also some outstanding items that will affect the cost of the build. As it is the build is going to cost more than the available funds.
We're in consultation with the architects and quantity surveyor about this and we'll give an updated status when we can.
