In this week's Pastor's Note, Brent speaks to us about how we can have a Christ-centred Christmas that embodies the spirit of generosity that God showed us by giving us himself in his Son, Jesus Christ.
If you know of anyone who might be alone this Christmas, with prayer and the intention to give as you have received from God, invite them into your home to share in the joy of Christmas and potentially build deeper relationships, with the hope that God may ultimately be glorified.
CHRISTMAS DAY
A reminder that there will be no Christmas Day service in the building - this is a chance for you to be the servants of others this Christmas as you open up your homes. There will however be an online service which you'll find on our YouTube or Facebook page.
SUNDAYS
This Sunday will be our last Sunday with Kids Church and Youth classes, from the following weeks kids will be joining their parents in the main hall. Kids Church will start up again after the summer school holidays.
We're continuing with only our 10 AM services on Sundays until 16 January, when we'll go back to two services, at 8 and 10 AM, as we start getting back into our regular rhythms of ministry.
