Brent Russell will be preaching from Galatians 4 on the topic of the Promise of Adoption - Throughout the scriptures there are countless promises from God in both the old and the new testament. Underneath all these promises is the one that trumps them all - that we may be children of God.
Paul writes to the church in Galatians, frustrated that they have gone back to the old way of thinking about God - as a slave to a master and not a child to his father.
Brent unwraps the two different ways of relating to God and what this fundamental promise of adoption looks like that is ours in Christ Jesus.
