This week Brent continues with "The Red Letters ~ Teachings of Jesus" preaching from Matthew 7:15-23 about how to discern between true or false in the family of God's people.
We all value authenticity - in people and things - we want the real deal. Jesus’ words answer the question of how we can discern authenticity in leaders and teachers in God's house, and in our own hearts as disciples of Jesus. In this sermon, Grant shows that it is not a simple matter of looking for evidence of good works, but there are some key things that we need to look out for in order to discern whether the fruit of a leader’s life is truly good, and there are some things that we can do to ensure that we truly are authentic disciples/followers of Jesus.
