This week Brent continues with "The Red Letters ~ Teachings of Jesus" preaching from Matthew 7:15-23 about how to discern between true or false in the family of God's people.

We all value authenticity - in people and things - we want the real deal. Jesus’ words answer the question of how we can discern authenticity in leaders and teachers in God's house, and in our own hearts as disciples of Jesus. In this sermon, Grant shows that it is not a simple matter of looking for evidence of good works, but there are some key things that we need to look out for in order to discern whether the fruit of a leader’s life is truly good, and there are some things that we can do to ensure that we truly are authentic disciples/followers of Jesus.

NEW SERMON SERIES (starting after Easter): DECISIONS!

This series will be all about how we can hear God's voice and discern His will to help us in the difficult decisions we need to make in life. As we approach this new series, we'd like to ask you all to get into a CONNECT GROUP: a small group of 3-4 people who meet once a week for an hour, to discuss, wrestle with Scripture, and pray together through the provided material. We believe this will help you get the greatest benefit from this series.

TO SIGN-UP FOR A CONNECT GROUP (or confirm that you're already in a Connect Group), please CLICK HERE to fill in the form.

Use it to help you meditate and reflect, as we prepare to remember Jesus’ life, death & resurrection during the 40+ days leading up to Easter.

Join us on Wednesday evening in the PVC courtyard to Connect & Reflect from 18:00 for 18:30 to 19:15. There'll be some worship, a short word, some discussion prompts and prayer, as we prepare our hearts ahead of Easter.
