'tis the season

And what a beautiful season it is!? As we head to Christmas we find ourselves in the special season of Advent. Read more about Advent, download our Advent Prayer calendar and find out more about our Christmas service times. Join us this Christmas season as we Celebrate Jesus!

Advent

Sunday, 27 November is the first day of Advent. Advent is from the Latin word adventus which simply translates as "coming" or "arrival". The next four Sundays leading up to Christmas we will be celebrating the anticipation and coming of Jesus Christ the Messiah. After more than 400 years of silence and waiting, the Messiah was born on Christmas Day. Today, we wait in hope for his return.

You and your family are invited to celebrate Advent with us every Sunday for the next four Sundays.

Advent Calendar

We invite you and your family to join us in prayer this Advent Season and have created an Advent Calendar for you to use to follow. Gather your family, set aside 10 minutes, and follow our prayer calendar to pray for yourself, your family, our world, nation, city, community, and the church as we end 2022 and head into 2023.

December Service Times

As of 18 December, we will only have one service on a Sunday. These services will be held at 9 am. We will return to two services again on the 15th of January 2023.

On Christmas day we will have two celebration services. One at 7:30 am and another at 9 am.

Don't forget the real reason for this season, bring your family and friends and join us. We look forward to spending this Advent and festive season with you.
