It's the most wonderful time of the year and we'd love to celebrate it with you!
Come enjoy a festive sit-down meal, warm company and the joy of Christmas shared among friends. The Care Team has planned a beautiful afternoon filled with good food and a time to connect before the year wraps up.
The event is free, but we do ask that you register online to help us plan the catering.
