Connected Men's Ministry
In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to feel disconnected and isolated, and for men especially, the pressure to be tough and always have everything under control can make it even harder to find meaningful connections with others.
The Connected Men's Ministry is a community of men who listen, share, and support each other in their faith journey as men, fathers and husbands. We believe that listening to the stories of others who are walking in faith can be a powerful way to deepen our own understanding of God's love and grace.

Young Adults Ministry
Being a young adult in today’s world can be challenging and that’s why we’ve created a space where young men and women aged 18 and up can connect with like-minded individuals and grow in their faith together.
The ministry is focused on helping young adults navigate the ups and downs of life while remaining grounded in their relationship with Jesus Christ. By journeying together with other Christians you will deepen your understanding of God's love and His purpose for your life.
As a new ministry, we're always looking for ways to grow and adapt to better serve the needs of our community. We encourage you to get involved, bring your ideas and suggestions, and help shape the future of our Young Adults Ministry at PVC.

Youth & Teen Ministry

SUNDAY MORNING TEEN GATHERING: Sundays 8am and 10am
FRIDAY NIGHT YOUTH: every 2nd Friday at 6pm
​
Our aim is to encourage teenagers to become disciples of Jesus and to share the good news of Jesus with others.
We have a vibrant Friday Night Youth ministry, every second Friday of the month. Here teens can hang out, have fun, and learn about Jesus in a relational environment with movie nights, sports and food events, worship, and guest speakers. Once or twice a year there are Youth Camps which provide a fun-filled and faith-building experience for our teenagers.
Sunday morning gatherings are designed to provide solid bible teaching from grades 6 through to 12 of age. We also have midweek Connect groups that offer a space for young people to study scripture and share their faith journey together.
In addition to the Sunday morning and Friday Night, PVC hosts Confirmation classes to Grades 10 and above. These classes include the Alpha Youth course in the first quarter of the year and Mentorship in the third quarter of the year.
We believe in investing in our youth and providing opportunities for leadership development. We welcome older teenagers and young adults to attend our events as assistants and potentially be trained up as leaders.

Kids Church
KIDS CHURCH: Sundays 8am & 10am

We believe that children are not just the future, but an integral part of our community today. That's why we have developed a strong program that is designed to help children grow in their relationship with Jesus and become effective disciples in their schools and friendship circles.
We provide solid biblical teaching that is both engaging and relevant to children of all ages. We believe that by equipping children with the tools they need to understand and apply God's Word, they can go out into the world with confidence and make a positive impact on those around them.

Care Ministry
We believe that as a community of believers it's our responsibility to care for one another in times of need. Our Care Team is dedicated to providing practical, emotional, and spiritual support to people who may be going through a difficult time.
Our Care Ministry is made up of a dedicated team of volunteers who are passionate about helping others. Whether it's providing meals, rides, or hospital visits, our team is here to support those in need with acts of kindness and practical help.
In addition, our ministry has a group of experts who can offer guidance and support in areas such as financial management and job seeking.
If you are a 'people person' with a gift for hospitality and a heart for caring for others and you can offer your time, skills, or resources, we would love to have you join our team.

Prayer Ministry
PRAYER GATHERING: Thursdays 8am (online & at The Hub)
Sunday 6am (at The Hub)

The church is fuelled by prayer and this ministry seeks to encourage and gather God’s people to pray, seeking God's guidance and intervention in the broken areas of our world.
Our prayer team meets on Thursday mornings at 8am online and at the Hub, as well as on Sunday mornings at 6am at the Hub. Come join us to intercede for the needs of our community, for the protection of God's people and for the work and ministry of PVC. We also pray for our city and neighbourhood as we long to see people come to know the love of God and in time become people who worship Jesus.
